Frontier Bargaining Update - September 20, 2022
Your Bargaining Committee caucused today to develop a comprehensive response to the Company’s continued efforts of diminishing your overall job security, all titles included. While the Company did offer an expiration date to the Job Security MOA to the end of the contract, it came with conditions that would allow the Company to eventually contract out all of our work. The Bargaining Committee reemphasized today that contracting out our jobs is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This has turned out to be not only a fight for better wages and working conditions, but has turned out to be a FIGHT for our EXISTENCE and FUTURE.
