Frontier Bargaining Update - September 6, 2022
Today the two committees met with the Federal Mediator in efforts to reach a tentative agreement. Our Bargaining Committee had in depth discussions with the Company such as increasing wages and job security to the end of the Contract. We again reiterated that the FiOS Jobs of the Future MOA is expired and non-existent. We offered the Company an equitable solution to the utilization of sub-contractors for the current Fiber buildout. The Company bargaining team is reviewing our offer and we are scheduled to meet again tomorrow.
