Frontier Bargaining Update - September 8, 2022
The Union opened the bargaining session today with a response to the Company’s rejection of our plan in reducing the number of contractors taking your jobs and work. The unlimited use of contractors is not the answer. The Company’s failure to counter indicates that they agree to follow the language of Article 7 of the CBA. The Company’s business plan of forcing Overtime is not a sustainable plan, hiring more employees is the only solution…The Union made it very clear today that the FiOS Jobs of the Future MOA is Dead! Dead! Dead!
The Union also countered on wages, job security for all titles and keeping jobs in California.
