Today,  the  CWA Bargaining  Committee  met  to  discuss  Frontier’s  lack  of adequate  movement  concerning  Job Security,  Wages  and TPA.

Your Bargaining Committee has met with Frontier’s committee several days regarding the topics mentioned below.

The Orange Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. As previously reported, we are making progress and have tentative agreements on many important issues.  There are only a few issues left to reach an agreement, but they are important issues. We need all of you to keep up the fight and put pressure on AT&T. It’s been 5 years since so many of you had enough and walked out on the company in a historic strike at Mobility.
At this year’s Game Developers Conference, held last week in San Francisco, attendees flocked to the CODE-CWA booth to learn how to organize for change at their workplaces.

Today is Cesar Chavez Day, a day we honor the life and legacy of both the man and farm workers.  Today was also a day of action for farm workers and Union allies -- including CWA members -- who fanned out to major California cities and across agricultural areas to hold human billboards, asking CA Governor Newsom to sign the Agricultural Labor Relations Voting Choice Act (AB 2183 - Stone).

The latest bargaining information for AT&T Mobility and DirecTV (Orange), as well as Frontier Communications in California, and the Meow Wolf arts collective in New Mexico.

                                                                                                                                          

We met with the Company today and addressed some of your serious concerns. We also continued to emphasize the members overwhelming “NO” vote and that the Company has to get serious and hear the members concerns. Here are the items that we presented today:
