Today,  the  CWA Bargaining  Committee  met  to  discuss  Frontier’s  lack  of adequate  movement  concerning  Job Security,  Wages  and TPA.

Your Bargaining Committee has met with Frontier’s committee several days regarding the topics mentioned below.

The Orange Bargaining Committee continues to meet with the Company. As previously reported, we are making progress and have tentative agreements on many important issues.  There are only a few issues left to reach an agreement, but they are important issues. We need all of you to keep up the fight and put pressure on AT&T. It’s been 5 years since so many of you had enough and walked out on the company in a historic strike at Mobility.
The CWA Joe Beirne Foundation will award 16 partial college scholarships of $4,000 each for two years for the 2022-2023 academic year.
It’s been a while, but we have been having serious off the record discussions that helped move bargaining along. We were able to express the seriousness of your needs, including No Lay-Off Language, Call Routing, USA based call handling, Work at Home and Medical Benefits.
Tentative agreements of job security and no outsourcing. Talks are continued in Fiber Jobs of the Future.
In our recent rounds of bargaining the Company has continued with their stance of unrestricted use of contractors for Fiber work and they have rejected all our proposals on contractor caps. The Company has maintained that they have no interest in continuing our Job Security proposals.
In recent rounds the company has rejected proposals dealing with On-Call Differentials and limited use of Contractors to do our work. Keep up the Mobilization!!
