Frontier Bargaining Update - June 2, 2022

Your Bargaining Committee has been meeting with the Company over the past several days (May 26 through today). The Company continues to reject the importance of Job Security. The Company also continues to reject any incentive plan that would benefit you as the Face of Frontier. The Company continues to reject proposals on healthcare contributions that would support a better standard of living for you and your family. On May 27th Company leadership entered our meeting whining about your Grievance Strike. Even with your justified actions for management’s abuse of members, the Company made no movement towards understanding your needs in today’s current times. Today, your Bargaining Committee spent time working with our National Research Department for aide in making your needs clear to the Company.
