The Company rejected the Union’s proposal on Article 32 (Sickness and Accident Benefits) and the 2-hour Vacation Utilization MOA. The Company and Union continued discussions regarding Sick Benefits, and the Union submitted a new Article 32 proposal with an accompanying MOA.
